Our policy on broken shipments, if you do not report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return any UNUSED item within 30 days for a full refund. This does not include shipping charges. Please email cloud.connoisseur.idb@gmail.com with a copy of receipt for further instructions.
DO NOT RETURN USED ITEMS To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returning USED items will result in the items being immediately destroyed and you will forfeit any refund. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to post back to your account.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. *There are no returns/refunds on custom orders due to personal customizations, unless device is damaged. After receiving item, it must be returned unused. * ** Custom is any product were wood, glass, or any materials is chosen by customer. ** ETA on custom woodwork may be subject to change. *The customer pays for all shipping when returning a new item, or service, warranty repairs. *
Coupons and discounts: Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code. Import duties & Custom charges: If the buyer is from outside of the United States, the buyer will likely incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any items on this website, and it is your responsibility to know your local as well as state and countries regulations regarding these items.
