Zeal Kit V2 – Complete Ball Vape Setup

The Zeal Kit V2 delivers a refined diffuser-style experience in a complete, ready-to-use setup. Precision-machined from SS316L stainless steel, Zeal is designed to pair seamlessly with 22 mm diffuser bowls for smooth, even airflow and dense, consistent vapor.

V2 introduces several major improvements, including a redesigned top cap that can accept a future wireless handle, removable stainless-steel screens, and an improved coil setup that requires no coil stretching.

The Zeal Kit comes wired and ready to use with the included PID controller and 20 mm barrel coil. If you decide to upgrade later, the V2 Zeal can be converted to a wireless setup using the Cloud Connoisseur 25 mm Wireless Adapter and a 25 mm coil.

With approximately 15 g of 3 mm thermal-mass balls filling the chamber, Zeal provides substantial thermal mass for powerful, consistent performance.

V2 Improvements

Wired Out of the Box

The Zeal Kit comes as a wired setup and includes everything needed to get started, including the PID controller, 20 mm barrel coil, and power cord.

There is no wireless hardware required for normal operation.

Optional Wireless Upgrade

The V2 top cap now features a threaded mounting point that allows Zeal to be upgraded to a wireless configuration later.

When you’re ready to upgrade, use the Cloud Connoisseur 25 mm Wireless Adapter with a 25 mm coil.

The wireless adapter and 25 mm coil are not included with this kit.

Removable Screens

Zeal V2 now uses removable stainless-steel screens, making maintenance and cleaning easier.

The kit includes two ¾” stainless-steel mesh screens—one for the diffuser and one for the top cap.

Improved Coil Setup

The included 20 mm × 22 mm barrel coil is designed to work without stretching or modifying the coil, making setup simple and repeatable.

Your Zeal Kit arrives assembled and ready to use. Simply set the PID to the desired temperature, attach your bowl, and you’re ready to go.

Why Zeal?

The V2 design adds convenient removable screens, a future wireless upgrade path, and a straightforward coil setup with no stretching required.

The included handle and locking stand make handling and storage more convenient, while the modular V2 design gives you the option to upgrade to wireless operation later.

Zeal V2 Instructions

Your Zeal Kit arrives assembled and ready to use. The following instructions are provided for initial setup, screen installation, maintenance, or if the unit is disassembled.

1. Install the Stainless-Steel Screens

Place one ¾” stainless-steel mesh screen into the diffuser.

Place the second ¾” stainless-steel mesh screen into the top cap.

2. Attach the Main Body

Screw the main body into the diffuser.

Make sure the connection is seated securely.

3. Attach the Heater

Attach the assembled Zeal to the included 20 mm barrel heating coil.

4. Load the Thermal Mass

With the heater and Zeal positioned appropriately, load the 3 mm thermal-mass balls into the chamber.

Capacity is approximately 15 g.

5. Install the Top Cap

Screw the loaded top cap onto the assembly.

Make sure the cap is fully seated and secure before use.

6. Set the Heater

Set the PID temperature to the base starting temperature of 550°F.

You can adjust the temperature higher or lower to suit your preference.

Do NOT press the SET button.

The SET button is used for calibration. For normal operation, simply set the desired temperature and leave the controller set.

7. Attach the Bowl

Attach your 22 mm diffuser bowl to the Zeal.

8. Enjoy

Allow the Zeal to reach temperature, then enjoy your session.

CAUTION: The Zeal, coil, and surrounding components become extremely hot during operation. Use the included handle and locking stand appropriately, and keep heated equipment away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
