SS Zeal V2

The SS Zeal V2 is a precision-machined 316L stainless steel heating housing designed for use with diffuser bowls and compatible setups. The V2 features a removable cap, integrated diffuser, and upgraded 10-24 threaded mounting point.

The cap uses the same 20mm × 1mm threading found on the Vulcan and Omega, allowing compatibility with those components and accessories.

Please Note

This listing includes the Zeal V2 metal components and stainless steel screens only. Thermal balls, wireless adapter, diffuser bowl, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated.

1. Install the stainless-steel screens
• Place one ¾” stainless-steel screen into the diffuser.
• Place the second ¾” stainless-steel screen into the top cap.
2. Attach the main body
• Screw the main body into the diffuser.
3. Attach the heater
• Attach the assembled Zeal to your heating coil.
4. Load the thermal mass
• With the heater/Zeal positioned appropriately, load the 3 mm thermal-mass balls into the chamber.
• Capacity is approximately 15 g.
5. Install the top cap
• Screw the loaded top cap onto the assembly.
• Make sure it is seated securely.
6. Set the heater
• Set the heater temperature to 550°F.
• Do NOT press the SET button.
• Pressing SET is for calibration; for normal operation, simply set the temperature and leave it.
7. Attach the bowl
• Attach your bowl to the Zeal.
8. Enjoy.
